Step 1 of 5
Your brokerage
We use these details on your VAT invoices and on the FSCA record for every call your agent makes.
Exactly as it appears on your CIPC registration.
These details print on every VAT invoice we issue, so they need to match your CIPC records. If they don't, SARS can reject the invoice and you cannot claim the input VAT back.
Step 2 of 5
Connect your calendar
Your agent needs to see when you are free so it only offers slots you can actually keep.
Choose your calendar
You can change this later, but every booking made before the switch stays on the original calendar.
When can we book you?
Your agent only offers slots inside these hours, and only when your calendar is actually free.
Nothing is booked speculatively. When a call goes well, the client gets an SMS with the proposed time. The slot only lands in your calendar once they reply YES. If they never reply, your diary stays untouched — and you are not charged.
Step 3 of 5
Fund your wallet
You prepay a balance, and we draw from it only when an appointment is real.
Choose a top-up
Appointment estimates are based on the R650 rate, rounded down.
Automatic top-up
Keeps a campaign from stopping mid-week because the balance ran low.
Campaigns pause rather than overdraw. Once the ceiling is reached, or if a card fails, dialling stops and we email you. Your balance can never go negative, and you can never be billed for more than you have loaded.
How you'll pay
We use PayFast. CallForge never stores your card details.
Step 4 of 5
Your first campaign
Pick who your agent calls and when. You can run more campaigns once this one is dialling.
What you're selling
Suggested from your product and the current quarter. Change it if you like.
Your agent names this on every call, so it has to be a real, approved company.
Goes to us for approval before the campaign can launch.
Who to call
Every lead carries a consent record before it can be dialled. Narrow the pool below — the more you narrow it, the smaller the reach, so the estimate updates as you go.
Where they are — suburb or metro area (3 selected)
Six shown — the rest appear as you type. A lead is only reachable if its consent record covers the area you pick.
How old they are (3 bands)
About them — leave on “Any” to skip
What they earn — monthly income; leave all unticked for any
Where leads come from
Our pool is consented at source. If you bring your own list it needs a consent column before anything on it can be dialled.
Your file needs three consent columns — where the consent came from, when it was given, and the exact wording. Rows without all three are kept but never dialled.
How we read your columns

Duplicates removed
Quarantined rows stay in your list and are never called. Add the missing consent columns and re-upload to release them.
What you'll spend
Two limits, both yours. Neither is a target — we stop at whichever you reach first.
Stops a whole week landing on one Tuesday.
When we may dial
Choose your window inside the legal limits below. You cannot dial outside them, and neither can we.
These limits are law, not settings. Weekdays 08:00–20:00. Saturdays 09:00–13:00. Never on Sundays or public holidays. The Consumer Protection Act sets these hours for direct marketing calls, and our dialler enforces them regardless of what a campaign asks for. You choose your window inside them.
Travel and notes. We never book inside this gap.

Step 5 of 5
Your script
Your agent qualifies interest and books a meeting. It does not give advice — that is your job, on the call it books.
Opening
LockedEvery call starts with these exact words.
Why you cannot edit this. The agent must say it is an AI on every call — a person has the right to know they are not talking to a human. The recording notice is required before we may record, and the recording is what protects you in an FSCA complaint. Removing either would put your licence at risk, so the opening is fixed for every broker on the platform.
Body
No issuesWrite how you would open a conversation, not how you would advise. Checks run as you type.
Compliance checks
Voice
The voice you approve here is the voice that dials. All three speak South African English.
Plays the opening lines so you can hear the pace and accent before you approve.
What happens after you submit. One of our compliance reviewers reads your script — usually within a working day. If something needs changing, we email you with the exact line and the reason. Once it is approved, your campaign starts dialling in its next window. Nothing dials before then.
Setup complete
You're set up, Thabo
Your script is with our reviewers. Here is everything you just set up — check it while you wait.
