You advise. We dial.
Stop cold calling. Start advising.
CallForge AI phones consented prospects in your area, qualifies them against your exact market, and books confirmed Microsoft Teams appointments straight into your calendar. You only pay for appointments that are verified — never for dials, never for maybes.
Built for South African insurance brokers and financial advisers — the people who sell RAs, life, funeral and income protection, and who lose their best hours to the phone.
- No consent, no dial
- Recording with every booking
- Data kept in South Africa
How it works for brokers
Three steps to your first booked meeting.
Setup is a single sitting. After that the calls run and your diary fills — you only step in to approve what goes out in your brokerage's name.
-
Tell us your market.
Areas, age, income band, the product you sell and which insurer you sell for. About two minutes of typing.
Gauteng 35–55 R25k+ pm Retirement annuity Nedford Financial -
Approve your script.
We draft it, you tweak it, our compliance team signs it off. Hear it in your chosen voice before a single call goes out.
"…I'm an AI assistant calling on behalf of Nedford Financial. This call is recorded…" Signed off · voice: Kea -
Meet people who said yes.
Every appointment is confirmed twice — on the call and again by SMS — before it lands in your broker calendar with the recording attached.
- Said yes on the call
- Replied YES by SMS
- In your calendar
Listen before you meet
Every appointment arrives with the full call recording.
Pay per appointment, not per promise
Your negotiated rate, deducted only when a booking is verified.
Nothing to explain later
Only consented records are dialled. Ask us to stop and we stop, everywhere, within a minute. Every call says it's an AI and is recorded, so your POPIA answer is a file you can play.
What brokers are paying for
An appointment only costs you something once it's real.
Between the call ending and your wallet moving, five things have to happen. Miss any one of them and you are not charged — the credit simply stays where it is.
-
Step 1
The call happens
Kea only dials records with consent proof. She names your brokerage, says the call is recorded, then asks for the meeting.
-
Step 2
The call is checked
Every booking is read against your rules before it can reach your diary.
- Right person reached
- Fits your market
- Told it's an AI
- Clear intent to meet
-
Step 3
Quality score
Below the bar, it never reaches you and it never reaches your bill.
Passed the gate This call scored above your threshold. -
Step 4
The client says YES
An SMS goes out. Until they reply YES in their own words, nothing is booked.
-
Then, and only then
Your rate is deducted
One appointment, one deduction, with the recording attached to it.
Dials are free. Conversations are free. Maybes are free. A campaign can run all week and cost you nothing at all — the wallet only moves when someone has agreed, twice, to sit down with you.
A broker's Monday, 08:15
You open your diary and the week is already there.
-
Hear them before you meet them.
Play the call on the way in. You'll know their tone before you say hello.
-
Where you already work.
The diary you run your practice from — Outlook or Google — with the Teams link already in the invite.
-
Everyone here said yes.
Not a list to work through. Four people who asked to speak to you.

Broker questions
The things brokers ask us first.
Will clients know it's AI?
Yes. It says so in the opening seconds, before anything else is discussed. That line sits in a locked part of the script — you cannot edit it out, and neither can we. It's on the recording of every booking, so you can hear it for yourself.
What if someone doesn't pitch up?
It happens, even with people who confirmed. We mark the no-show against that appointment and call them back to rebook. If you don't think the appointment was what we promised, you raise a dispute against it and we review it with you — the recording is the evidence, so it's a short conversation either way.
Do I need new software?
No. Nothing gets installed. You connect the diary you already use — Outlook or Google — and meetings run on Teams. We look at free and busy to find an open slot, and write the meeting in once the client confirms. We never read what's inside your existing meetings.
Where do the leads come from?
You can upload your own list, and most brokers start there. Every record has to carry its consent proof before it can be dialled — where it came from and when they agreed. Records without it are never dialled, no exceptions. We can also supply consented records where you need more reach; we'll talk you through exactly where those come from on the rate call.
Your next client is a Tuesday 2pm Teams call away.
